Refund & Cancellation Policy

All consulting, research, software development, IT services, digital products, subscriptions, and downloadable deliverables are non-refundable once work has commenced or access has been granted.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before work has commenced. Once service delivery, project execution, consultations, research activities, software development, or implementation work has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate payments, billing errors, or situations where The Research Company is unable to provide the purchased service.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate project requirements, approvals, credentials, documentation, and feedback necessary for service delivery.

5. Service Quality Concerns

If a client believes that delivered work substantially differs from the agreed scope, the concern must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.

We may provide revisions or corrective work where appropriate. Refunds will not be granted solely due to a change of mind.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
